Sourcing Summit Tech 2022

In 2 weeks time, I will be speaking at Sourcing Summit in Technology. As a first-time speaker in SoSuTech, I will embark this on this exhilarating experience by picking a subject that's close to my heart: "How to Use Behaviour Based Searches for Difficult Tech Roles".

Behavioural search methods offers a search beyond keywords search where we sometimes face limitations in narrowing down on a data keyword search. This session will look at the behaviours and patterns of certain candidates pools to find their digital footprints.

I will be presenting on April 28, 1800 CET alongside brilliant tech talents across the globe.
